SUPPORT Cultivating customers, the social way is the process if increasing web traffic or gaining new insight using social media. A few examples of this that are used today would be Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. Looking at ways that social media can help you obtain customers and retain them is a great place to start. To start you would first want to look at hat ways social media can help your examples are: 1. promote the name of your brand and business 2. tell customers about your goods and services 3. find out what customers think of your business 4. attract new customers 5. build stronger relationships with existing customers. There are many advantages of using social media as it will allow you to reach millions of customers and potential customers around the world with one posting. Not only can you reach multiple people at one time it also has the advantage to target group or groups within a location this will also allow you to have a personal touch and relationship with you customers.
