Why does the government create regulatory regimes and when do people create challenge regimes to combat against them? How does a coalition come together to prevail at something and how does a state lose that battle? Emergency rooms can only do so much o Obamacare made Kentucky go from 40% uninsured to 6% uninsured o Very difficult to know what you’re doing with policy if the people don’t understand it Kentuckians don’t know that Affordable Care Act and Obamacare are the same thing o Smith has just made a girl leave his class for arguing against her position of furries – he’s a genius Sex, Drugs, Rock and Roll o Drugs and Rock and Roll have economic value o Group used regulation of sex to become the FBI SEX o Begins to be regulated early but is tied to early dimensions of sex o Been intertwined with commerce or health
