One of the guidelines mentioned having a platform that encouraged participation. On page 32, of the Skift Report What Millennials Want in Meeting gave tips on how to encourage participation by Millennial Attendees. Some of the tips include. Customizing event education that include audience participation applications and open space learning pop ups. Attempt to test hybrid meetings because Millennials like sharing content while participating at live events. Create a Millennial task for that allows Millennials to participate in co creating meeting content
