ELECTRONIC HEALTH RECORDS 2 Electronic Health Records My opinion of computerized medical records systems are I think they are really cool. They are a better way to input and organize patient’s information. Before computerized medical records there was writing everything done on paper. Every patient’s visit information is entered in the patient’s file on the computer. This is a more safe and effective way to keep patient’s information safe from the wrong hands. This option is a better way to document medical records, the information is saved so that the doctor or the nurses can go back to it if they need to. I had a hands on experience dealing with medical records. When I went to externship at a doctor’s office, I had to input a lot of patient’s information

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
