Mendonca 1 Brenna Mendonca Dec. 10 th , 2017 PSY/CD 31 Autobiography Autobiography I have an immediate family of 6. My parents, my two older siblings and my twin and I. My parents both have had jobs for the entirety of our childhood but they were always able to spend time with us. My parents have always taken care of us, and I remember as a child that they would sacrifice their time and money in order for us to do the things we wanted to do. When we weren't out on family trips, my parents were working and either my older brother or my cousin took care of us. We always had someone there to make sure we were alright. In the first stage of psychosocial development, you learn whether you can trust the world or not. I believe that we successfully developed trust as babies, we have always felt safe and secure in our house. My twin and I have always been by each other's sides, obviously we ARE twins, so I believe we have become very codependent on each other. It is getting better the older we get, but I still have some issues with doing things by myself. I still make decisions based on what other's decisions are. There are things I have been able to do alone since I was little; like using the bathroom, thankfully, or making my own choices over food. In the second stage of development, children express a greater need for independence. I don’t want to say that I had any problems with this stage of development but

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
