Chapter 4 – Exercise 1 List the steps involved in getting gasoline into your car for full service and for  self-service. Assume that paying cash is the only means of payment. For each  list, identify the potential trouble points and indicate a likely problem . Full Service Pull into pump at selected gas station. Determine how much gasoline needed. Wait for attendant to approach vehicle and inquire amount and grade of gasoline If only getting a set amount, pay attendant. If filling up, wait to see total. Once the attendant is finished. Pull out and leave if only getting a set amount. If  filling up, give attendant exact amount, or wait for change.  Pull out of gas station.  A potential trouble point may be waiting a long amount of time for service. A problem that could arise if using a full-service gas station is if the attendant misheard
