Motivation Strategies 1 Motivation Strategies February 5, 2018 HCS 370 A team is made up of a group of people working together to achieve a shared goal. An effective team has certain features that allow the team members to function more professionally and efficiently.
Motivation Strategies 2 An efficient team advances ways to share management roles and ways to share responsibility for their work products, shifting importance from the individual to several people within the team. A team also develops specific team purpose and concrete work products that the members produce together” ("Strategies for Developing an Effective Team," 1998). Several approaches can be used to establish an efficient team, and that includes developing ideas together, organize meetings, arrange the team, encourage team responsibilities, and establish time commitments. Develop ideas jointly, explain performance ideas with members of the team and make sure that every one of the members gets recognized, the purpose and what actions will need to be taken to accomplish them. Organize meetings are when a meeting is being held with the whole team during official visits; they discuss administrative ideas and inspire the team to deliberate their worries. Arrange the team is the parts and tasks together. If every person has a bright region, individuals will be less likely to become angry and will be more willing to cooperate; they will agree on who will take on management roles for different team activities.
