How will you recruit new staff and motivate current employees when competitors in the area are able to pay 30 to 40 percent more than your organization can? -In order to hire new staff and motivate current employees with a low-budget, I would offer rewards for employee performance and benefits. I would also make sure I provide flexible schedules in which employees feel comfortable with. I would also make employees aware of the importance of feeling comfortable in the work environment. 2. Suppose you are a staff nurse in a hospital that uses an incentive compensation system. Do you have an obligation to disclose the nature of the compensation arrangement to patients? If so, how should this information be communicated, and by whom? - I may feel obligated to tell the patient about the compensation arrangement because I would like them to choose their physician carefully.
