People don't want change. It seemslike it would just be better to tell people 'things are going to change - just suck itup'. Thatwould work as well as any strategy. Explain your answer and respond to at least two other students' postings.___________Change is a necessary but difficult force to manoeuvre, whether in everyday life or in an organizational setting. Change will always exist, therefore requiring individuals, teams and organizations as a whole to constantly adapt and evolve, even if they may not be ready for it. In order to stay relevant and up-to-date in an already rapidly changing world, organizations especially need to be able to implement change effectively. In order to do so, those employed must be on board to ensure a smooth transition. Unfortunately, not everyone will always be in agreement that change is necessary, which can lead to conflict, disorganization and a more complex process.
