Liliana Sebastian My subpersonality are sensitive, moody, spiritual, and friendly. This exercise really brought back some of my past that I had gone threw to become who I am now. Even today, there are some things and people that continues making me act in these ways. The spiritual connects with the friendly since they seem positive, and the sensitive and moody connect since they have always brought mostly negative thoughts and acts. The first personality who have to be the spiritual one, cause I feel that thinking positively and by faith, brings my other personality down and put them away. The friendly one came as I grew up. My parents always taught me to be kind to others no matter what. To show that I am humble and respectful, but as I grew older it was hard, the friendly me got easily annoyed. As every person, there is always a first love and friendly me, would always say "yes" to everything. Trying to please in any way possible. It was hard to say "no" , but one day as I was expressing my love, I got truly rejected, offended, and brought my self-esteem, BIG TIME! That is when I became the sensitive one.
