4 CHAPTER 1 INTRODUCTION 1. The Background Harriet Mellotte is a therapist from London. She represented people who often late are people who are unorganized, chaotic, and careless. 1 The majority of Indonesians are categorized often come late. This Fact is opposite with Japanese and most European people. Being on time is one of their habitual, meanwhile in Indonesia some people still consider effect of delays is a piece of cake” and some of them are too relax and lazy. In a population of Indonesians Majority which categorized often come late there are a lot of student there. If we take a look in Faculty of Economic and Business University of Indonesia, there are a lot of student who come late in class. The question arise when some members of us being late and they thought that they cannot catch up the material being discussed by Lecture. As we know that the subject and material for college student is not easy, in other side the Lecture (Dosen) is different with Teacher in School. Some studies claim that Lecture in College will assume that the college students are adult, so it will be college student responsible to be on time or to be late. If we take a look at point of view from College Student who are late, they also need to understand the material and subject. Not all of them are ready enough to catch up and understand the material. So in this paper we want to improve the correlation between being late and student understanding.

### What students are saying

• As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

Kiran Temple University Fox School of Business ‘17, Course Hero Intern

• I cannot even describe how much Course Hero helped me this summer. It’s truly become something I can always rely on and help me. In the end, I was not only able to survive summer classes, but I was able to thrive thanks to Course Hero.

Dana University of Pennsylvania ‘17, Course Hero Intern

• The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
