In the lives of high school and college students, work is put as a greater priority, assuming that their health is in good conditions, but sometimes work is prioritized over health by compromising sleep. Many students are left sleep deprived because of the minimal amount of sleep, and the workload is not minimized by the professors/teachers, even if procrastination is avoided to an extent. The problem is how one can optimize the sleep and make sleep most efficient even with a smaller amount of sleep. There are probably different ways to solve that problem, but a possible solution could involve sleep technology that could change the sleeping
