Journal Entry Ch. 10: Stress & Health (10 points) Name: Mai Dang Date: 11/10/17 Reflect upon the self-assessment that you completed for stress and health (p. 170 of chapter 10). How stressed are you in your everyday life? What triggers the most stress in your life? What coping skills do you use and how well do they work for you? Based on the reading and in-class discussion, how can you improve your coping skills for stress? List two specific things you can do on campus (or at home) to improve your stress levels, and explain why you think these activities will help. On a scale of 1-10 I would say that my stress level is at 5 or 6. I say this because there are things in the back of my mind that make me stress such as upcoming tests, time management issues, and money. I am not a good test taker and thinking about all the tests coming up stresses me out a lot. I try to manage my time wisely but when things don’t go the way that I want it to make me feel a lot of stress. Lastly, having not enough money to pay things off
