Their website seems to take aim at people who are seeking for a one of a kind experience. Additionally, one of the first things you see on their website is the phrase encouraging visitors to “book unique homes and experiences all over the world.” This goes to show that Airbnb looks to utilize an unrivaled stay for their customers as a competitive advantage. 2) The brand attributes off Airbnb’s service helps to provide im - portant segway’s into the overall consumption experience that they provide. There are a number of important aspects to their brand attributes such as a great informational, helpful and navi - gable website. Additionally, they provide an abundance of selec - tion such as providing the customer with a location of stay, as well as providing “experiences” and “restaurants”
