[ MAINTAIN IT POLICY AND PROCEDURES – ASSESSMENT 1 ] Scenario 1 Vision Statement MacVille is an import/export business centre located in Sydney. The business is famous for providing quality, efficient and reliable coffee machines. Using the previous success, MacVille aims to expand its business nationwide to be perceived as a symbol for the go to quality component in the hospitality industry. Current Objectives MacVille values are centred on valued customer services, safety, staff improvement, team improvements, environmental practices, stewardship, professional standards and moral standards. MacVille also follows and applies continuous improvements plans on practices and strategies. This continuous improvement is led by innovation in the efficiency of processes and effectiveness of customer solutions. This innovation is being driven by the constant feedback, challenge and reviews of current concepts processes and ideas. In order to incorporate and advance, MacVille needs to embrace strategic alliances and communities by becoming active community leaders and donors. Stakeholder Meeting Minutes for MackVille Call to Order A stakeholder meeting of Mackville was held on 8/4/2015 at Sydney Office. It began at 10:24 and was presided over by John King, with Maria Smith as secretary. Maria Smith MackVille 9/4/2015 Stakeholder Email Dear Mr/Ms, I’m writing this email as a follow up to our meeting on the 8/4/2015. The motions set after the meeting are already underway and making an impact on the organisation. As such, the vision and mission statement have been revised. The old MackVille mission statement is as follows: MacVille is an import/export business centre located in Sydney. The business is famous for providing quality, efficient and reliable coffee machines. Using the previous success, MacVille aims to expand its business nationwide to be perceived as a symbol for the go to quality component in the hospitality industry. After our meeting on the 8/4/2015, the motions set consisted of: Expanding the imports to include coffees Open a branch in Melbourne Expand the range to include hospitality assets As such, the vision and mission statement have been revised as follows: MacVille is an import/export hospitality specialist business centre located in Sydney and soon in Melbourne.
