The geodatabase allows more accurate and quicker data entry and editing than single shapefiles such as the  original tennis court data in assign 5.  Rules can be setup for a geodatabase feature class that say only certain  values are valid for a particular attribute.  Relationships can be created among feature classes so that when a  feature in one feature class is updated, related features in other feature classes are updated.  Geodatabases  automatically calculate and maintain geometric values for line and polygon feature classes. Assign 6 procedure log. Overall Problem: Last week the NCSU Recreation Department asked you to convert some shapefiles to a personal Geodatabase. Now they would like you to correct some of the existing data and add several new features by digitizing them from aerial photography. Data: Assignment 6 Data provided by NCSU. Unzip the asign 6 data to flash drive
