Participant Bag Assembly Date: Saturday, September 9, 2017Shifts Available: 12:00 p.m. –5:00 p.m.Location: MCH Foundation Boardroom Number of Volunteers Required: 20/shift Job Description: Assist with the assembly and organization of 5K participant bags. Duties and Responsibilities: •Assemble participant bags•Organize and prepare participant bags for transportationRequirements: •Ability to multi-task and follow directions •Ability to work independently and as part of a team•Good organizational skills•Passion for this amazing cause –the children

RegistrationDate: Saturday, September 16, 2017Shifts Available: 5:00 a.m. –8:00 a.m.Location: Coral Gables City Hall Number of Volunteers Required: 25 Job Description: Assist MultiRace with the registration area. Offer a warm and friendly greeting to arriving participants, answer any questions they may have and direct them to the start line area. Volunteers should know the general day timeline and the location of restrooms. Duties and Responsibilities: •Assist MultiRace with the registration process•Computer skills necessary for online registration•Hand out Race Day Information Packet•Answer participant questions •Assist with program flow•Know all event locationsRequirements: •Attend volunteer orientation•Impeccable communication and people skills are a must•
