Essay Questions, Exam 1, MUS 103 F17 The exam is due on Thursday, October 19. (Please note that it is changed from the original due date on the syllabus to give you some extra time.) You have plenty of time to do a good job and to organize your time. Do not wait until the last minute to do this. You have only two exams, so each is quite important to your grade. All essays must be typed and handed in, not emailed. Please double space , using nothing larger than a 12-point font and margins no larger than 1 inch. Each answer should be in essay form, meaning you should have an introduction, the body of the essay, and a conclusion . Your introduction should lay out your main points very concisely, the body then goes on to elaborate on the points you mention in your introduction, and your conclusion wraps up your essay (in a slightly different way than your introduction) by reiterating your main points. You must have paragraph separations— these answers cannot be one long paragraph. All work must of course be in your own words. Do not use any quotations.
