3 Export Business Plan Research PaperIntroduction Cannabis has become a popular topic in recent years, with more people around the world consuming cannabis, and more people of influence showing their support for the legalization of the drug, its become a common topic in households. Now for the most part Marijuana is illegal in many countries throughout the world, even on our own turf federally it is still illegal while some states, like Colorado, Nevada, Organ and California do allow the consumption, growth, and sale of medical and recreational Cannabis. I believe we are still a long way for everyone to be on the same page when it comes to this drug, as is our own country cant even figure it out, but cannabis is becoming a leading product in our world market, Medical Cannabis to be specific. Germany has recently passed legislation allowing doctors to freely prescribe patients medical marijuana with severe illness, recreational use is still illegal. Now the problem with this new law passed is they have a shortage of cannabis. The government does not have its own supply of cannabis that they grow and though they are currently working to get that fixed, their only option right now is to have cannabis imported in. Situational Analysis First and formal marijuana, or cannabis is a drug that contains tertahydrocannabinol (THC), a mind altering substance that can be smoked, taken orally, or in oil through skin.
