Program managers are usually the visionary leader of an overall program. They
communicate what are the goals and objctives of the project and how that project will
impact the business. They differ from project manager in that whenever it comes to the
projects they focus on strategy and implementation, and how to delegate the projects
appropriately. Project managers are usually worried about progress their role is a little
more tactical oriented, they mainly focus on the operational elements of the project such
as meeting deadlines, staying within budget, and completing deliverables.
