1984: Essay Outlines Directions: For this assignment, you will be creating three outlines: one on each of your possible topics for your essay. Topic 1 1. Thesis Statement-- Free will is abolished by the falsification of history records, love being outlawed and the invasion of their privacy. 2. Introductory Idea-- Orwell explores various kinds of betrayal, including self- betrayal, to heighten the mood of loneliness and alienation in 1984. 3. At least 3 supporting ideas.
