WORK BREAKDOWN STRUCTURE FOR MOBILE APPLICATION 2 Work Breakdown Structure for Mobile Application Being a bad boss is not always bad. When it comes to work, many claims to have a mean boss, when they have a great boss. Many cannot stand a boss or person that is always doing the right thing, and/or always getting work done in time. I am the type of person, that would push other to get work done on time, and get ahead, if possible. When it comes to being the person in charge of a project, I make sure to become a leader and encourage my team members. Being placed to create a work break structure (WBS) can be a challenge, but not if you have a great team and you know the company very well. The first thing to is to is to see if we could utilize Rapid Application Development (RAD), defined by Rouse, M. (2016) as a focused objective to deliver systems super-fast. Moreover, according to Rouse, M (2016) the project is usually for a small group of people. RAD has four phases, Requirement planning, user design, construction, cutovers. It is important to emphasize communication throughout the whole process.
