M. Forms of the Present Subjunctive (used with tal vez, acaso, quizas, and ojala)  - The present subjunctive of Regular verbs     The present subjunctive of most verbs is formed by dropping the –o of the first person singular of the present and  adding endings –e, -es, -e, -emos, -en to –ar verbs and –a, -as, -a, -amos, -an to –er and –ir verbs.  Hablar Comer Vivir Irregular Verbs:  1. Most verbs that are irregular in the present tense are regular in the present subjunctive.  Venir Traer Hacer 2. The following 6 common verbs, which do not end in –o in the 1 st  person singular of the present, are irregular in  the present subjunctive.  Dar Estar Haber Ir Saber Ser  - Stem Changing Verbs: 3. The –ar and –er verbs that change e ie or o  ue in the present indicative make the same stem changes in the  present subjunctive.  Entender Encontrar
