What do you perceive to be the legal and policy issues that have the greatest impact on teachers today? “It is the duty of a school to use ordinary care and to protect its students from injury resulting from the conduct of other students under circumstances where such conduct would reasonably have been foreseen and could have been prevented by the use of ordinary care”(Spring, Pg. 289). Teacher liability issues have grown over the years. It is a difficult profession as we are in the spotlight for all students. As a district employee, I am always reminded that when talking to a student I should have another person in the room with me as a witness. There are so many liabilities facing teachers, even our personal lives outside of school is under a microscope and scrutinized.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

I cannot even describe how much Course Hero helped me this summer. It’s truly become something I can always rely on and help me. In the end, I was not only able to survive summer classes, but I was able to thrive thanks to Course Hero.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
