Egalitarian- The belief that all are equal and deserve equal opportunities Hunter gatherers were Egalitarian so there wasn’t a hierarchy of power, etc 8. Band societies are egalitarian. This means that status differences are based only on age and sex. Leadership is informal, individual, and personal. 2. Are they starving? Do they live a life of scarcity, always in pursuit of food to survive? Yes and No, their meals rely on natural sources that can be captured at any moment. The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
