Running Header: Morals in Action Morals in Action “Moral philosophy is the value that is placed on decisions about what is right or wrong, good or bad, or just and unjust” (Lewis, J., 2015). Being able to apply moral philosophy is harder in business because what is right or wrong means different for these organizations (Lewis, J., 2015). The question is, is how does someone’s individual moral philosophy influence their business decisions. When it comes to making decisions in life, and in business, your own personal moral philosophy comes into play. Depending on the theory one falls under, the decision you make is based off of your character and personal moral views, what is best for the company and their customers, and/or what supplies the best possible outcome in the end. Great ethical decisions can lead to an even better work environment. This is when a company comes up with their own code
