This was the first time I ever actually saw this video, I had heard about this experiment, but had not actually seen the video until now. In the video the teacher divides the class by eye color (blue/brown). The teacher proceeded to give the children with blue eyes praise throughout the day and gave them extra time during recess. This continues through the entire first day, on the second day the teacher reverses the roles and gives the children with the brown eyes the praise and extra recess time. While I’mnot sure it was ethical using the children in this manner (especially if there was no informed consent by the parents), but I understand the teacher wanting to try and teach the kids a good life lesson.
