Gender discrimination doesn’t only existin social environments; it can be brought to the workplace. It has gotten so bad that women are often paid lower even if they’re doing the same job as a man. It is a proven fact that, on average, women earn 77% of what there male counterparts earn. While this is a serious problem in countries such as the US or the UK, women in undeveloped nations face issues that are much worse than those of women in developed nations.
