Many new studies and advancements in science have been made by animal testing and research, for example; vaccines, antibiotics and a sense of understanding of human organs such as the lungs, heart and our brain activity. For a while now many have had thoughts that by us using animals for research that it is some sort of animal cruelty. A question is raised, should animals pain and suffering be ignored for our gains? I believe certain animals have too much in common with humans, especially primates The anatomy of the chimpanzee brain and central nervous system is somewhat similar to our own. Scientists are also getting better with techniques that will help reduce animal suffering and hopefully change the people's opinions of testing on animals We all know there has been a relationship between humans and animals since the beginning of time. We humans have depended on animals for food, clothing, and friendships. Now the
