AbstractThe main objective of this study is to identify factors determining employee’s jobperformance who are working in governmental organizations. Four independent variablesare proposed to influence job performance (dependent variable). Seven regional bureauswill be selected for this empirical research. Namely:- Finance and economicdevelopment, Civil service, Main audit, Employee and social affairs, Water resources,Trade and transport and Industry and urban development. In other words, empirical datawill be gathered from the seven bureaus to test the variables. Primary data is to becollected via questionnaire. Since employees working at the seven bureaus are too muchin number the researcher will take sample from all bureaus by using stratified samplingtechnique which is probability sampling method. So, from 1050 employees working inthe seven different offices (stratums) 281 employees will be selected from each bureau.To measure variables continues measures are to be employed. The reliability and validityof the measure will be tested by Test- retest method and content validity respectively.Finally, the collected data will be coded and edited and then the collected data will beentered in to SPSS and then after multiple regression analysis technique will beemployed.1
