Logo Logic Most companies have a logo. A logo is a picture that is easily recognizable that represents a company in some way. We see logos every day and don’t even realize the power they have in our memory. Think about the Nike “swoosh”. People all over the world can see that simple picture and immediately think Nike, without even seeing the name of the company. Many companies use geometric transformations in the design of their logo. Today, you are going to see if you can find some examples. Part 1: Directions: Using the internet or other sources do some research on logos. Find logos that contain each of the four transformations listed and fill out the chart below. Make sure to include either a picture of the logo or a drawing. An example of a reflection has been done for you, you will need to find an additional example of a reflection.
