Abstract
Cloud computing is bringing a new way to process sources. Cloud computing has been
labeled as a business model for the IT technologies usage. It is not a new technology, but it relies
on new technology to be effective. The basic principles of cloud computing started from the
1950s and 1960s. The need for allotted information and services is rising as big companies are
more and more spread across the world where they have started to move everyday business data
to cloud computing. A cloud computing project is short term in order to create both hardware
and software systems. A good quality cloud computing project is able to achieve the required
product within scope, on time and within budget.

Cloud computing is an example of making it easy to share computing resources, such as
networks, servers, storage, applications and services that can be quickly delivered and distributed
with the least amount of management force or service provider collaboration. Cloud computing
is a new technology that has been popular today. The cloud computing term was introduced by
Google or Amazon for internet based computing service. Back in the day, computers were big,
expensive and hard to share information with others. Many businesses did not own any big
machine. As the prices of computers got cheaper, they are much more affordable for companies
to purchase for every department and every person. Since standalone computers make it hard to
share, we started to network them. Cloud computing is a new business and IT operating model
for bringing real-time or near-real-time information and access to services. According to the
NIST definition, the cloud computing model is made up of five fundamental traits, four
implementation models and three service models. In addition, cloud based services fit to
circumstances where cloud computing is used to deliver some portion of a whole service.
While executing cloud based platforms, it is hard to find out the quality of resources
needed in order to suit different workloads at its peaks. Some projects are lost because of the
way cloud resources are set up. Sometimes costly resources are unused and wasted during non-
busy time frames. It is recognized that not all projects will be processed and completed on time
because some projects might be pushed back due to unforeseen circumstances. Sometimes
delays can decrease the possibility of projects being finished, and, at the same time, finding out
lower quantity resources by taking into account less costs. It is up to the project managers to
ensure cloud computing projects are completed with good quality and on time and also that the
cost of the project stays on budget at the delivery of the final product. The goal of this paper is to
