1. The conflict between Michael Eisner and the Weinstein brothers, the two board members Disney and Gold and Steve Jobs was and extremely dysfunctional relationship. With the relationship being so dysfunctional it assisted in hindering the overall performance of Disney. There were many business adventures that could have been achieved if their relationships had not been so dysfunctional. Instead of collectively working on goals with combined effort, Eisner’s inability to see ideas from a different perspective created the Weinstein’s, board members and Steve Jobs to collectively resist Eisner’s requests and recommendations. Eisner was not willing to bend on any area or situation and because of his ill nature toward them and what was best for business allowed Disney to suffer in certain areas of growth. Conflict is inevitable in business situations, but the way in which Eisner handled it resulted in negative consequences for Eisner and the company 2. I believe that the conflict between Eisner and Jobs was manifest.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
