Organizational Analysis 2 Analyze “The Needs” In my organization, there are several issues and concerns that must be addressed. One of the main issues is keeping the personnel that are needed for the job to be done. Because of the lack of advanced classes that are available for promotional opportunities many personnel leave the job within the first one or two years. The training that has been put for it and the fun spent for training then becomes waste and the process has to be started all over again. The organization has tried to implement and sensitives to try and keep personal there but to no avail it has become a revolving door. There's also a great focus on training Personnel that are already there concerning new policies and guidelines that must be followed to meet state and federal regulation. There is a constant pull between the way things used to be done and the new way. The organization has strategized and came up with plans that would assist them in training those Personnel that are already there they have been classes set up during work hours and voluntary overtime classes for those who choose to do it then the incentive of overtime pay is a tool used to motivate employees to come on board with new policies and regulations. The learning objectives and Training Method The learning objectives that my organization focus on is to ensure that all employees are up-to-date and up to speed on new policies as far as water sampling collection and water testing procedures.
