Language, laws morals and abstract systems of believe are part of culture (Ball, Dains, Flynn, Solomon, & Stewart 2015) A 86-year-old Asian male who is physically and financially dependent on his daughter, who is a single mother with very little time or money for her father's health need. Multiple bruises and fall x 2 in past and weight loss with elevated blood pressure will be of concern to the clinician.
