1 Main issues and Problems in the American History Name of student Course name Course code Name of professor Date of submission What were the positives and the negatives of women’s Wartime participation? Women’s wartime participation was like a wakeup call for the American People. As a generation and citizens in America, the war provided a revolution base for the women. At this time, women revolutionaries were in a position to come up and even fight for their own rights. Women like Mercy Otis stood up and had the guts to challenge the new constitution and the bill of rights, which was not well spelt for the American Women. The participation of Women during the Wartime recognized women as the American Shapers. The perception of women after the war changed. The revolutionaries started seeing women as pivotal organs in the Community, and in return, women took an elevated position in the society. Women served as boycott catalysts and got the role of being moral role models in the American Society. The participation of women was not all well received by all. There were conflicts during this time. Some called the participation of women as an illusion. They said that their participation brought no change and that women were not the real revolutionaries. These same people argued that the participation of the American women brought no change to the same women who participated in the wars.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
