How the survey will be administered and the rationale The questionnaire method involvesa a series of questions whereby the respondents is guided to answer according to the questions asked. For instance, in my research, there are a set of questions guided by the hypothesis. As this research focuses on getting answers from respondents, it is more of qualitative research. In conducting such research, the first step is on identifying who is your respondents and how they can be accessed. The success in carrying out a successful research is based on asking the right questions according to the hypothesis in place. Also, the questions should be posed in the right format to ensure that the respondent is not biased while answering the questions. To add accuracy to your findings, the research should involve as many respondents as possible. The questionnaire method has its advantages one of them being able to reach many people hence generating many answers from which better conclusions can be made. A countless number of customers visits Starbucks and getting respondents to fill out the questionnaire would not be an issue. The questionnaire should, however, be clear and easy to comprehend for the respondents. The questionnaire can also be uploaded on Starbucks website to reach as many respondents as possible. However the online questionnaires will differ from the manual surveys in that in the manual one, the respondents are to give more accurate answers due to physical appearance.

The questionnaire is supposed to keep the entire process directed towards the subject and should be brief. Too much of the questions would result in biased data. Consequently, it will make it even much easier for the respondents to fill in questionnaires without much trouble. The shorter the questions the higher the possibility of respondents willingness to fill the questionnaires. This will, in turn, bring about the confidence concerning the expected
