CONSULTANT REPORT ANALYSIS REPORT ON ENTERPRISE SYSTEMS 3 Project Outline The perseverance of this paper is to discuss the developed plan proposed plan for a Consultant’ analysis Report on Enterprise Systems. The project aims at discussing many different areas the enterprise system regarding their current states and proposed changes. Principally, it will provide the necessary outline on a weekly basis before finally having enough information to deliver the finalized portion throughout each section of the document. Despite some particular fields requiring more time for study than others, appropriate time will be allocated and spent to guarantee that deliverables meet the requirements required. Company Background The company is the question the State Firm Automobile and Home insurance, which is a massive company with more than one thousand employees working in the call center environment who work to ensure smooth and efficient services are offered to their highly esteemed customers. The State Firm Automobile and Home insurance corporate headquarters are located in Bloomington, Illinois, along with the State Farm facilities[Rai09]. Moreover, the state Farm Automobile and insurance located in the One State Farm Plaza Bloomington, IL 61710. Additionally, the State Firm owns and more so maintains approximately ninety nine-acre park for it employees, their families and guests. This corporation’s parking comprises of modern equipped extensive recreational facilities that include a state of the art water park. The corporation aims at offering the very best efficient and effective services and products to the millions of clients across the United States. The State Firm Automobile and Home Insurance Corporation are estimated to having a database that comprises of more than three million clients who use their services and more so the company receives enormous volumes of approximately fifty thousand calls every day.
