Initially, Amazon started its business with selling books online however, today it offers all kinds of products to its consumers. Amazon has created electronic marketplace where sellers are able to sell their products in an online environment. Associates of Amazon get access to their online store launched by Amazon which is called aStore and operate their inventories online and use advantages of web services. In thus sense, Amazon tends to improve and make investments in technology system and provide improved web services for its partners which generates higher volume of profit in return. Buyers can give feedback about the products offered by Amazon on website. Amazon.com is an E-tailer site which connects suppliers and customers in one marketplace. People can purchase items from the website directly or using mobile applications and because of this, it is supposed both E- commerce and M-commerce site. As well as Amazon has very powerful competitors in the market, at the same time it has lots of substitutes. For example, Walmart is one the main and strongest competitors of Amazon. Besides this, small retailers are also make the marketplace highly competitive for Amazon as consumers easily change from one retailer to another.
