I have noticed water quantity becoming an issue in this country, and I am glad it was an option for discussion. The talk about water conservation has been a hot button topic for many years now. I must say that I am guilty of not giving it the proper attention until recently. This issue is personal as I saw the water level go down in Colorado throughout the summer and fall this year. I went to Colorado in early May this year and visited a wonderful park they have there called Mt. Glennon. I sub sequentially visited Colorado three more times throughout the summer and early fall. I was very saddened to see the water levels in the streams go down drastically every time I visited. The last time I went in late August, a pretty large waterfall they have was barely a
