When first evaluating the data, it was important to have a solid grasp on the amount and distribution of Headquarters Managers, Restaurant Managers, and Wait Staff that Sandwich Heaven currently employed. I felt as those this was important because it would serve as the initial stepping-stone to truly understand the level of training needed at this particular organization. After reading through the data, it was revealed that Sandwich Heaven currently employees six corporate managers, 9 restaurant managers, and 33 waiters and waitresses. Although it is important for everyone to have a good understanding of the new technology being used, it is especially important for the Wait Staff. As stated previously, if an employee feels as though they are undertrained or unfamiliar with the technology being used, they are more likely to quit, and less likely to serve the customer to the best of their ability. So according to the employees surveyed, corporate managers make up 12% of overall employed, Restaurant Managers 19%, and Wait staff 69%. Because of the
