PSYCHOLOGICAL TESTING PRINCIPLES 2 Question 1: Quality of Life The quality of life is dependent on the health status. The evaluation of life quality, as it is, is not randomized. There are two principle approaches that guide in the appraisal of the personal satisfaction. The principal methodology is the psychometric strategy, which gives the wellbeing profile of a person (Kaplan & Saccuzzo, 2009). The second approach is the decision hypothesis, whose methodologies incorporate techniques for assessing the estimation of what might as well be called an existence year, or a quality-balanced life year (QALY). One would expect the fields of mental estimation and health outcome measurement to continue working towards a merger in the coming years. This implies that the quality of life may vary from individual to an individual as a result of the variations in the definition of quality of healthcare among the distinct groups. One of the greatest difficulties in medicinal services practice and research is the harmonization of measures. In clinical practice there are numerous option approaches to measure develops like personal satisfaction, official working, uneasiness, and useful limit. Question 2: Variables that can be evaluated with a psychological Test The common variable of interest that can be evaluated with some sort of test is the situational factors leading to brain tumor. Analysis of the brain tumor can be based on the environmental factors or situational factors that the individual was subjected. Personnel testing give emphasis on the evaluation of an individual regarding the psychology emphasizes factors that surround the functioning of an individual’s brain. Personnel psychology is one variable entangles around interviews as a factor underpinning employee selection.
