Unit1 Hello Everyone! Social identity theory is using your cultural group as pride and self-worth. Some theorist would argue that prejudice and stereotypes come from what children are taught as children. Then you have your groups that believe that prejudice and stereotypes are a learned behavior form which they pick up the behaviors throughout life.
