I acknowledge that students are being trained to become future communication and journalism professionals. In the interest of pursuing the objectives of the course COMM144 — Technical Communication, I hereby allow my son/daughter to conduct field research, interviews, news gathering, media coverage, location shootings, off-campus class activities and attend seminars/trainings within and outside of Cavite from Januag 22l 2018 to May 26, 2018, 2nd Semester School Year 2017-2018. I fully understand that it is my son’s/daughter's responsibility to provide and update me with accurate details pertaining to his/her class activities outside the campus. I am also aware that there may be no faculty who will accompany the students, and who will take all the necessary precautions to keep them safe. Nonetheless, given all efforts, reminders and warnings by teachers and school authorities, I know that fortuitous or unexpected incident(s) beyond control of the teachers and school authorities may still occur.
