Meal Observation Paper Diamond Travis Health-109-W01 Teri Rossman 02/03/2018 Since I have been employed at a daycare for the last three years I decided to use that platform to observe a subject. I work and serve lunch everyday in the toddler room with children who ages range from one years old to three years old. I chose to use one of my students named Aubri. Aubri is a two year old African American girl. I decided to make a closer observation by having a private lunch with Aubri while my assistant served lunch to the other children. Aubri and I had lunch in the teachers lounge together. Aubri was served 4 ounces of barbeque baked chicken, 1 cup of broccoli, and 1 cup of macaroni and cheese with two 8 oz glasses of milk. Besides the fact that this meal was missing fruit, I believe it held a good nutritional value for Aubri. I do not believe that Aubri
