Role Play #3 – Handling Objections Name: Amruthraaj Arun Source Objection Prospect: I heard there was a small fire when you were setting up for an event? Step 1 – Acknowledge the Prospect’s Concern Salesperson: Yes, we did. It was an outdoor event and cloth flew towards the heater which caught fire. The safety of any event is always a concern for any company. Prospect: Yes safety is always of high concern. Step 2 – Clarify the objection with a question Salesperson: Safety and security is something that you are concerned about, right? Prospect: Yes, we want to be double sure about the safety.
