Other : ____________________________ Describe the specific construct you want to measure in a word or two: __Emotional Intelligence. Now describe the construct using several sentences. What behaviors are associated with the construct? Does it include more than one quality or dimension? Being emotionally aware- it implies that one is aware of their emotions, and with this awareness, they able to interact with other members of the society or community in a manner that reflects the personality differences of these individuals, without victimizing or discriminating others because of their personalities.
