The boundaries between the different producers, consumers and regulations, and mode of information transfer have been affected by convergence, miniaturization, personalization , interactivity and mobility. The role of the mass media such and radio, television and the press have greatly changes as well as the impact ever since the introduction of the electronic mail, cellular phones, digital cameras and others electronics. The researchers believed that the media had a great impact in the way of creating the public relations they hence embarked in the research of how the media have impacted the public relation among different organizations . The research was carried out for five months in the main Arab televisions. They furthers give an analysis of a model that they suggested known as the inter-media dynamics. However the researchers did not pay much attention on the press commentary and media marketing which is one of the major areas of great impact in the media influence of the governance and relation of the companies. The researcher did not give a detailed emphasizes on the reason as to why the Saudi Arabia social media relation to hypermedia space create is a great controversial topic among the Arabs.

ANNOTATED BIBLIOGRAPHY 5 Alhroot, A. H. MEASURING PUBLIC RELATIONS AND COMMUNICATION A CASE STUDY OF JORDANIAN HOTELS. Measuring of the public relation and communication is one of the most prominent issues. In most cases organization measure contribution of public relations and communication to the gross national product. The researchers believed that public relationship contributes significantly to the success of most of the hotel in Jordan and that earned them a competitive advantage. The researcher found that public relation and communication contributed significantly to the customer loyalty and hence consistency. This was due to the user services that the customers received. In the analysis, the researcher found a significant relationship between public relations and communication on the performance of Jordanian hostels. However, the group did not elaborate on the current information system that needs to be installed in the hotels to enhance effective public relation and communication. The research did not cover the government stands on the public connection and communication enhancement despite the mention that it benefited the government very much.
