1. What do you understand by the term vision? What is the difference between “vision” and “mission”? What vision Dr. Sukumar had at the time of inheritance of Day’s lab? Has it been achieved? A vision takes into account the current status of your company and serves to point the direction of where your company wishes to go. A vision is complementary to the mission. It helps to provide a focus to it. The Dr. Sukumar are use long term vision. Visionvs . Mission Vision : The vision statement describes ‘future’ state; who do I want to be? Where do I want to go? Mission: A mission statement describes the “present” state of a person or organizations. Who are you? Why are you here? Why do you exist? What vision Dr. Sukumar had at the time of interitance of Day’s lab? Has it been achieved? Will your business take actions this week that will help you deliver your long-term vision. Dr. Sukumar take business actions the he deliver your long term vision. Dr. Sukumar inherited his father’s Day’s lab in Delhi in 1995. Till 2002 he owned 4 land in the national capital Region and 2003 increased 7 lab so that why it is long term vision. Has it been achieved: Dr. Sukumar not has been properly achieved because Dr. Benfield’s research shows that perspective is of critical importance. A clear, long-term vision that guides your short term tasks is critical to your future success.
