Noah Russaw Short Response HIS-100 20180309 For my response I chose to look at a personal situation at work where a piece of equipment was not working correctly but it was not fixed. Half of the work center knew that this piece was malfunctioning but did not do anything to fix it and when myself and another Marine went to use the equipment we found out the hard way that the equipment didn’t work. Instead of our other Marines informing us of the problem or acting to get the equipment replaced they instead wasted my time and the time of the Marine I was working with. This situation is a good
